Child Safety Standards Policy

Last Updated: April 2, 2026

1. Zero Tolerance Policy on CSAE

BeanPool maintains a strict, unconditional zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We prohibit any user from uploading, sharing, storing, or promoting content that exploits, harms, or endangers children. Any user found violating this core policy will be immediately and permanently banned from the protocol without warning.

2. Content Moderation & Reporting

BeanPool empowers the community to actively maintain a safe environment. Users can instantly report any suspicious activity or content through the in-app flagging system by navigating to the offending user profile or post and clicking "Report User" or "Flag Content." All reports involving potential child safety violations are heavily prioritized by our moderation team.

3. Swift Action & Law Enforcement Cooperation

In accordance with international laws, we aggressively remove any material that violates our CSAE policy. We reserve the absolute right to preserve data and report offending users, associated metadata, and technical details directly to law enforcement authorities, including local and regional cyber-crime operational centers.

4. Protecting Minors on the Platform

BeanPool is designed for adult community coordination. Individuals under the age of 18 are strongly discouraged from utilizing the local mutual credit exchange without strict parental supervision. We routinely audit public profiles and any account confirmed to belong to a minor engaging in unsafe or age-restricted exchanges will be terminated.
