Mentions (@name)
Alert someone in a group chat by writing @ and their name.
Mentioning someone
In a group's chat, write @ followed by the person's name as it shows in the app, for example "@Ana, can you bring gloves?". They get an alert that you mentioned them, even if they have muted the chat.
- Capital letters do not matter.
- The name must be written in full, and not run on into other letters: "@Anabel" does not alert Ana.
- Only people in the group can be mentioned.
Where mentions work
Only in group chats. Posts, event chats and chats between two people do not use them.
